April Benevolence: Camp Lebanon
Camp Lebanon has been a favorite site for campers since 1949. From June to September Camp Lebanon offers over night camp for children from 1st through 12th grade. Counselors from across the nation and from many foreign countries come to Camp Lebanon for many reasons, but primarily they find it to be a place to become closer to God and to share His love with the campers. Children enjoy the love, warmth, laughter, tears, friendships, fun, and memories which remain throughout the years.
Annual Pancake Breakfast - Join us March 29th, 8am to 1pm for Independence Fire Company #1’s annual Pancake Breakfast! All you can eat, $7 per person (kids 10 and under $3).
Our Month at the Pantry - Saturday April 18 CBC is scheduled to help carry food bags at the Bread of Life Food Pantry. 4-6 people are needed from 9:45-1pm. Contact Amanda if you can help.
Engaging the Soul of Your Digitally Connected Kid - On April 25th Oaklyn Baptist Church will be hosting an all-day seminar open to parents and kids of all ages. It consists of four different workshops led by Jonathan Cronkhite of Homes Devoted. For more information, see the pamphlets in the Memorial Hall.
Flower Planting Day - Volunteers are needed for a special opportunity to work at Riverview Estate’s annual Flower Planting Day. Bow lunch will be provided.
Camp Lebanon Classic Golf Tournament: June 6th, 2015 - The Camp Lebanon Classis raies funds to support the operation of Camp Lebanon. This one day tournament is a great time of fun on the course, followed by an excellent meal and celebration of the day. For more information, see the bulletin board.
ABCNJ Annual Session 2015 - Annual Session will be held on September 19th, 2015. Early bird registration ends August 15th ($79). Keynote Speaker: Dr Alistair Brown.
