Call to Worship - Psalm 27:1,4-9
Hymn of Praise: #33 "Immortal, Invisible, God Only Wise"
Verse 1
Immortal invisible God only wise
In light inaccessible
Hid from our eyes
Most blessed most glorious
The Ancient of Days
Almighty victorious
Thy great name we praise
Verse 2
Unresting unhasting
And silent as light
Nor wanting nor wasting
Thou rulest in might
Thy justice like mountains
High soaring above
Thy clouds which are fountains
Of goodness and love
Verse 3
To all life thou givest
To both great and small
In all life thou livest
The true life of all
Thy wisdom so boundless
Thy mercy so free
Eternal thy goodness
For naught changeth thee
Verse 4
Great Father of glory
Pure Father of light
Thine angels adore thee
All veiling their sight
All praise we would render
O help us to see
'Tis only the splendor
Of light hideth thee

Hymn of Invitation: #724 "Lead On, O King Eternal"
Verse 1
Lead on O King Eternal
The day of march has come
Henceforth in fields of conquest
Thy tents shall be our home
Thro' days of preparation
Thy grace has made us strong
And now O King eternal
We lift our battle song
Verse 2
Lead on O King Eternal
Till sin's fierce war shall cease
And holiness shall whisper
The sweet Amen of peace
For not with swords loud clashing
Nor roll of stirring drums
With deeds of love and mercy
The heav'nly kingdom comes
Verse 3
Lead on O King Eternal
We follow not with fears
For gladness breaks like morning
Where'er Thy face appears
Thy cross is lifted o'er us
We journey in its light
The crown awaits the conquest
Lead on O God of might
