Call to Worship:
It is right and good to give you thanks, Almighty God,
for you are the source of light and life.
You made us in your image
and called us to new life in Jesus Christ.
In all times and places
your people proclaim your glory in unending praise.
We praise you today for saints and martyrs,
faithful people in every age
who have followed your Son, Jesus Christ.
As they witnessed to Christ’s resurrection,
may we be strengthened by their witness
and supported by their fellowship,
that we may run with perseverance
the race that lies before us

Benediction
July Benevolence - Urban Promise
”Our mission at UrbanPromise has been to equip Camden's children and young adults with the skills necessary for academic achievement, life management, spiritual growth, and Christian leadership. We strive to fulfill this mission through after-school programs, summer camps, two schools, experiential learning, job training, and a host of other programs that challenge youth to develop and realize their potential.” http://urbanpromiseusa.org/home
Urban Promise offers K-12 education as a private, Christian school featuring small class size and opportunities to learn outside the classroom. Additional programs include AfterSchool programs and Summer camps; Street Leader program; UrbanTrekkers; Urban BoatWorks; and Wellness Center.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, fundraisers and traditional sources of revenue are not available yet the need to support the school and staff continues. “A vibrant, healthy UrbanPromise will be needed in a post-coronavirus Camden. We cannot close our doors. We cannot retreat.”
