Ticket Auction - You are invited to an autumnal Ticket Auction to benefit the residents of Riverview Estates. Basket tickets will be sold during preview times on Friday, October 18th from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The winning tickets will be announced on October 19th at 2:30 p.m. Beverages and desserts will be available while tickets are being called during the event, which will be held in the Auxiliary Room. All are welcome to join us for a fun event!

An Evening Seminar - The Oaklyn Baptist Church, along with the Oaklyn Civic Association, will be sponsoring a free lecture, entitled “The Moral Imperative of the Holocaust: Reflection and Resolution”, on October 23rd, 7pm. The evening seminar will be offered in two 45 minute sessions by Dr. Robert G. Roberts. All are welcome! Please see the bulletin board for more information.

Volunteer Chaplain Aides are needed at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly. There are openings for trained lay visitors every day of the week. Following a training and orientation process, an Aide may donate two to four hours each week to visit patients, offering them friendship and spiritual comfort. Training sessions will be held on October 28 and 30, 2013. Please see the bulletin board for more information.
