August Benevolence: Riverview Campaign - Every year Central Baptist collects items for the Nursing Unit at Riverview. This year we are collecting during the whole month of August. There is a box in Memorial Hall for your donations. Items needed:

  • White/colored hand towels
  • Washcloths
  • Denture cleaner
  • Toothpaste
  • Powder (baby and Shower to Shower
  • Hand lotion
  • Deodorant (roll on or spray)
  • Blankets
  • Twin sheet sets
  • Cotton thermals
  • Denture adhesive
  • Boxes of tissues
  • Dove soap

Riverview Bakesale - Riverview Estates is having a bake sale every Wednesday night, until sold out. Stop by, watch the Riverton Yacht Club boat races and enjoy delicious desserts! Proceeds from the bake sale are used to benefit the lives of the residents of Riverview Estates.

Church Picnic - The Boulton’s will be hosting a church picnic TODAY, 4:00-8:00pm. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Church Clean-Up Day - This year’s clean-up day will be held on Saturday, September 21, starting at 9:00am. Please join us in preparing the church for a new season!

Italian Night - Dinner Fundraiser for Riverview - Riverview Estates is happy to invite you to Italian Night, on September 28, from 5:00-7:30pm. Dinner will feature Shrimp Risotto, Chicken Marsala over Penne, and Farafalla in a Blush Sauce donated by Georgetti’s Pasta & Sauce, and includes salad, roll, beverage and dessert! The dinner is $15 per person, and will be held in the Auxiliary Room. All proceeds will benefit the Benevolent Care Fund which assists residents who have outlived their assets.
