September Benevolence – Eastern

Please welcome our guest speaker, Megan Acedo
Megan D. Acedo is beginning her fourth year on the staff of the Eastern University Office of Faith & Practice as the Coordinator of Student Ministries & Service Learning, and is currently the Interim Director of First-Year Programs. Before coming to Eastern, Megan earned a Master of Social Work (Rutgers University) and a Master of Divinity (Princeton Theological Seminary). When she is not working incredibly hard at running what seems to be a lot of things at Eastern, she enjoys spending time relaxing at home with her 2.5 year old daughter, Naomi, and her husband, Daniel. Megan is a California transplant to the east coast, looooooves coffee, and is a chartering member and the clerk of Session of Beacon Church in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia.
