December Benevolence: Retired Ministers and Missionaries Offering (RMMO) – Following God’s call does not come without sacrifice. Retired ministers, missionaries and their widowed spouses often have limited options for adequately planning for the future. Medical problems, moves or the death of a spouse can also cause these leaders to find themselves far from the church family that once supported them. http://www.abc-usa.org/rmmo/

Christmas Eve Service – Central Baptist Church will be holding it’s annual Christmas Eve Candle-lighting Service next Tuesday, Dec. 24th at 6:30pm. It will be an evening of songs, scripture readings, a meditation and of course, the lighting of the candles as we sing “Silent Night”. Come out and join us in celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Christmas Eve Service Offering  – It is the tradition of Central Baptist Church to use our Christmas Eve offering to support other ministries. This year’s christmas Eve Service offering will be going to Philippine’s relief efforts.

Sunday School Christmas Party – The annual Sunday School Christmas Party will be held next Sunday, December 22nd in the Sunday School Auditorium at 9:30am.  We will be having a Christmas Carol Sing and refreshments. Bring breakfast-like items for all to enjoy. Come and enjoy singing your favorite Christmas carols and this time of fellowship. All are invited!  Hope to see you there!

Walk a Christmas Mile – This year’s annual Walk a Christmas Mile will be held Sunday, December 29th. It will  begin at 6pm, at Christ Church in Riverton and end at Mt. Zion in Riverton. All are welcome to participate. More information to come!
