Fall is here, and Central Baptist continues to move through a season known as “Ordinary Time.” Despite the unassuming name, it’s far from dull. During this season the Church muses over some of the great themes of faith, and how they can impact the way we live our lives. Come and join us on this journey of discovery.

September Benevolence: Eastern University – Eastern University is a Christian university dedicated to the preparation of undergraduate, theological and graduate students for thoughtful and productive lives of Christian faith, leadership and service. Italian Night – Dinner Fundraiser for Riverview – Riverview Estates is happy to invite you to Italian Night, on September 28, from 5:00-7:30pm. Dinner will feature food donated by Georgetti’s Pasta & Sauce, and includes salad, roll, beverage and dessert! The dinner is $15 per person, and will be held in the Auxiliary Room. Volunteer Chaplain Aides are needed at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly. There are openings for trained lay visitors every day of the week. Following a training and orientation process, an Aide may donate two to four hours each week to visit patients, offering them friendship and spiritual comfort. Training sessions will be held on October 28 and 30, 2013. Please see the bulletin board for more information.
